I am a dedicated real estate professional specializing in residential real estate. My mission is to provide excellent service to clients in the greater Dayton and Cincinnati markets. My love for real estate started early on, during my teen years when my parents purchased land to have our family home custom built. While I got to observe the components of a home being constructed from architectural designs, to pouring the foundation to constructing the structural framing I learned quickly that a HOME is so much more than the just the components it is built from. A HOME is a special place - it is so much more than just where you live. To me, a HOME represents security, safety, comfort, friends and family and an investment in the future.
I love the thrill of helping clients find their dream home and seeing the joy on their faces when they move in. One of my recent experiences that was truly a blessing was helping first time buyers purchase their first home and helping them navigate the process working with a team of top notch inspectors, lenders, title companies etc. to ensure a smooth closing. The smiles on their faces after closing was truly rewarding. I have also helped clients downsize from homes into condos as well as upsize in preparation for additions to the family. During the different seasons of life, the needs from a home may change and I take the time to listen to my clients and work with them to accomplish their real estate goals guiding them to a seamless closing on a home they will love.
