Samuel George was the best realtor we could have listed our house with. He met with us before the listing and explained to us the process completely and what would be a realistic selling price. He took the time to offer advice on how best to showcase the house to a prospective buyer. After the listing the house sold within 5 days! He followed up till the closing was over and the money was transferred to our account. He personally came to the house just before the closing to make sure that the house was clean and that there would be no negative elements regarding the status of the house that would affect the closing.
